The 20ft General Purpose container is a great storage solution suitable for most requirements, and is widely used by the shipping community as the container of choice for their security, durability, and resistance to wind, water, and vermin. They are an extremely common container which means availability is almost never an issue.
Their High Cube counter-part is approximately 30cm higher offering an additional four cubic metres of space, and with many having tie rails at waist height are a popular choice in the Removals industry.
In contrast to the High Cube, the Palletwide variant offers an additional 65cm (approx,) of width allowing for two standard CHEP or LOSCAM pallets to be loaded side by side, and are therefore a popular choice in the road and rail market.
