40FT STORAGE CONTAINERS

The 40ft General Purpose container is a great storage solution suitable for most requirements, and is widely used by the shipping community as the container of choice for their security, durability, and resistance to wind, water, and vermin. They are a fairly common container which means availability is generally not an issue.

Their High Cube counter-part is approximately 30cm higher offering an additional eight cubic metres of space, but can be a little more difficult to find availability at certain peak points of the year.

In contrast to the High Cube, the Palletwide variant offers an additional 65cm (approx,) of width allowing for two standard CHEP or LOSCAM pallets to be loaded side by side, and are therefore a popular choice in the road and rail market. There is also a 9’10 variant that you can ask about but availbility can also be quite scarce at certain points of the year (as with the 9’6 variant).
