Meet Michael McKenzie

Director

Michael has helped guide our company from the ground up. He took the leap to start the business in 2018 and has been dedicated to making sure it grows and thrives ever since. His role focuses on supporting the team, adapting to the changing business landscape, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, from event logistics to maintaining excellent customer service levels. Michael wears many hats and is always ready to step in wherever needed to keep things on track.

With a sense of humour that blends Peter Griffin, Homer Simpson, and Rik Mayall / Ade Edmondson, Michael brings fun and laughs to the team on a daily basis. He’s very approachable, always ready for a laugh, and knows how to keep things light even when the pressures on. His good-natured demeanour and velvety baritone sometimes makes you forget why you called him in the first place…!

Meet Debbie McKenzie

Customer Service Manager

Debbie manages our Finance & Administration and all-around office management with ease. She keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring the team has what they need, including their caffeine fix, and always steps in when things get busy. Debbie’s resilience and determination are evident in everything she does - no matter the challenge, she approaches it with a calm, steady focus, and a quiet strength that inspires those around her.

When she’s not managing the office, Debbie enjoys tapping into her creative side with activities like gardening, crafting, and painting. She’s passionate about supporting community-driven initiatives, especially community gardens, where neighbours can grow and share fresh food with others in need.

Meet Deme Mylonas

Operations Officer

Deme is the mastermind behind organizing and executing seamless transport solutions, always ready to solve potential issues before they even arise. Whether it’s coordinating logistics or keeping communication flowing between all stakeholders, Deme makes sure everything runs like clockwork. His blend of problem-solving skills and calm demeanour ensures that even the most complex challenges are handled with ease.

In his downtime, Deme can be found immersed in the world of Xbox or VR, or taking his motorbike for a spin. And yes, coffee is always by his side—because a day without it is simply unthinkable.

Customer Service Officer

Say Kia Ora to Aaron, our go-to Kiwi with over 30 years of customer service expertise. With his vast experience and knack for exceeding customer expectations, Aaron is a true asset to the team. Always approachable, always smiling, and full of fun facts, Aaron is the one you want on the other end of the phone when you need help.

Aaron's journey into customer service began in the lively pubs of England during his first overseas adventure. From there, he ran high-profile events and conferences in Queenstown, before hitting the road as a driver for Contiki in Europe where he met his Aussie wife. Fun fact, on a day off in Queenstown Aaron had the chance to act as a dead orc in a scene for The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers movie.

Admin Officer

Wendy McKenzie is the warm welcome at the front desk and the organizational wizard behind the scenes. She juggles reception duties, data entry, and a bit of bookkeeping magic. Wendy’s known for her calm demeanor and quick wit. She thrives in our fun, fast-paced atmosphere and loves the camaraderie that makes every day feel like a team win. When she’s not holding down the fort, Wendy’s most likely chasing after her grandkids or knitting up a storm — scarves, beanies, tiny woolen masterpieces — you name it, she’s made it.
